About InceptionAI

InceptionAI builds Infinity, AI immigration drafting and case-preparation software for law firms. Infinity uses client documents, firm templates, and existing case information to automate repetitive preparation work, including supported document review, missing-item follow-up, forms, letters, evidence organization, consistency checks, configured DOL/FLAG and USCIS preparation, and supported case-management handoffs. Attorneys remain responsible for legal judgment, final review, and filing decisions.

What we build

The platform supports employment and business immigration matters (H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, and EB categories), seasonal workflows (H-2A and H-2B), and family and status matters (adjustment of status, I-765, I-539, and mixed households). The workflow is the same across case types: upload source documents, generate the case outputs, and let the team review and file. It uses each firm's own templates and drafting style rather than generic AI prose.

Infinity is designed to work around supported systems and processes firms already use rather than forcing a full case-management replacement. Supported integrations include configured workflows with Filevine, MyCase, and INSZoom. Clio can be evaluated and configured based on available APIs, permissions, and workflow requirements.

How we think about automation

Our position, reflected across every guide on this site, is that AI should prepare and organize, not replace attorney judgment. Automation is most useful on the repetitive layers of immigration work: classifying inbound documents, tracking intake readiness, and producing a structured first draft. Attorneys remain responsible for legal judgment, strategy, final review, and filing decisions.

Deployment options include managed cloud and private environments, with encryption and controls aligned to SOC 2 requirements.
